- Complete the Registration Form
- Return the Form and all fees to your coach or team manager as soon as possible.

Refund Policy
Policy - Club Fees: Impact United Soccer Club fees are due and payable immediately after tryouts. Impact United Soccer Club fee applies to the seasonal year commencing June 1 of the tryout year and ending May 31 of the following year. Fee payments to the Impact United Soccer Club may be made by either check or credit card.
Policy- Impact Competition Club Fee Refunds:
-No Refunds- After Impact United Soccer Club has accepted a check or credit card payment for Impact United Club fee registration, there is no refund.
