Impact Recreation soccer is about having fun with your friends. It's about neighborhood and community. It's about learning to be a part of a team. It's about healthy habits, good sportsmanship, and developing a skill. With over 3000 recreation players in the Granite and Salt Lake school districts, we're one of the largest and well established programs in the state. Our players kick it around their schools with friends...there's a team for everyone!
What makes it work?
Young players stick with a sport because it's fun with their friends. Parents look for it to be local and affordable...and our program offers both. As a non-profit, we work hard to keep costs down, and to accomplish this takes an army of volunteer coaches and parents giving their time and energy to make it happen. Enabling this extended team with the resources they need to be successful is essential. We've organized this site to arm our coaches, parents, referees, and players with the essentials for making it a positive experience.
If you are interested in getting involved, let us know! Contact RecDirector@ImpactUnited.com. We are looking for parent coaches, team managers, sponsors, and special activity volunteers. By harnessing the talent and energy of our community to promote youth sports, we contribute to the development and growth of our young people and in doing so, make our schools and community a better place to live. We are grateful to all those who make it happen.
Many of your commonly asked questions are captured on our Resources FAQs page. You'll find all you need to know about fees and important forms including Code of Conduct and our Recreation Handbook.
